📝 Job Description

The Net Revenue Executive/Specialist plays a critical role in delivering Red Bull UK’s profit and execution targets through the strategic management of price and promotion investment.

This role is accountable for owning and managing key processes across price and promotions for our Primary Retailing Vehicle (PRV), working closely with Finance, Sales and Category teams to ensure investment is planned, executed and evaluated with excellence.

💸 Own Key Pricing and Promotional Processes

• Own key pricing and promotional processes for the PRV
• Lead promotional evaluation and post event analysis to understand ROI and inform future plans
• Support forecasting and planning of promotional investment
• Ensure promotional plans are aligned across internal and external stakeholders

🧠 Strategic Analysis and Insight

• Provide insight and recommendations on how to optimise pricing and promotion strategy
• Work with Category and Commercial teams to build compelling selling stories
• Support annual business planning process with relevant analysis

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Category and Brand teams
• Align investment and execution plans across stakeholders
• Support development and delivery of customer business plans

📊 Reporting and Governance

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in promotional reporting
• Lead monthly performance reviews and reporting
• Support financial governance and ensure compliance with internal processes

🎓 EXPERIENCE

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of profit levers
• Experience in pricing, promotions or commercial analysis within an FMCG environment preferred
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
