The Field Insights Manager is a key role within the Red Bull UK Off Premise business, accountable for providing insight and direction to drive world-class field execution.

This role will own the development of insight, tools and reporting to measure and optimise Red Bull’s field sales execution. The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial thinking, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.

📊 Develop Field Execution Insight Strategy

  • Lead the development of the insight and reporting strategy for field sales
  • Build dashboards and tools that monitor execution performance across key KPIs
  • Develop capability across the team in interpreting and acting on insight
  • Support the development of execution strategy through robust insight and analysis

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Commercial, Category, Brand and Field Sales teams
  • Partner with Field Sales leadership to influence planning and performance
  • Collaborate with the wider insights community to align reporting and metrics

📈 Performance Evaluation and Optimisation

  • Provide post campaign analysis and insight into execution performance
  • Use data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
  • Champion a data-driven culture across the Field Sales organisation

🧠 Tools, Systems and Governance

  • Own field execution reporting tools and systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Lead governance of reporting processes and continuous improvement

🎓 EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience developing reporting and insight tools
  • Experience working in or with field sales teams
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to use data to influence performance
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
