π Job Description
The Field Sales Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling Red Bull UKβs field sales execution by providing insight, analysis and reporting to the Commercial, Category, Brand and Field Sales teams.
This role is accountable for analysing field sales performance, evaluating the effectiveness of execution plans, and identifying opportunities to drive growth. The role will support our Primary Retailing Vehicle and Field Sales Leadership with data and insight that drives effective planning and execution in outlet.

π Data Analysis and Insight Generation
- Analyse field sales performance, providing regular and ad hoc reports to key stakeholders
- Use multiple data sources to generate actionable insights
- Evaluate the impact of field execution plans to inform future activity
- Identify trends and opportunities that drive growth across the PRV and customer base
π€ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Commercial, Category Development, Brand and Field Sales teams
- Support customer and field execution planning with data-led insight
- Provide reporting that supports execution in outlet
π Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Lead the development of dashboards and tools to monitor field performance
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting
- Support internal performance routines with timely and relevant reporting
π EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience in a commercial, analytical or FMCG environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and a drive for accuracy and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
