⚪️ Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA golf team in the UK, supporting in the day-to-day management of professional golfers. In this role, you will provide administrative, logistical and client-service support, ensuring smooth operations across a number of our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion and ideally an understanding of or passion for the golf industry.

🟡 What You’ll Do

  • Travel & Logistics: Booking and managing player travel arrangements, organising visas and supporting with associated logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars and correspondence for clients.
  • Tournament & Event Coordination: Assist with player entries, travel itineraries and on-site logistics for tournaments, pro-ams and sponsor events.
  • Client Support: Act as a point of contact for players, sponsors, tournament staff and media representatives.
  • Finance & Documentation: Assist with expense tracking, invoicing and maintaining accurate records for contracts and compliance.
  • Social Media: Supporting players with social media branding and digital presence.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of professionalism.

🟢 What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, which will include some evenings and weekends when required, as well as some occasional travel to client events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as experience or knowledge of social media management and channels is a plus.
  • Passion for golf and knowledge of the professional golf industry highly desirable.
  • Open to feedback from clients and colleagues
