We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Service & Customer Relations Executive to join our team based at Sandown Park Racecourse delivering outstanding administration and customer relations across our 3 London Racecourse to ensure every race day and event is exceptional.

🟢 The Sales Service & Customer Relations Executive will
- Manage all hospitality and event administration for the racecourse, supporting the regional sales team.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from booking to event day, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate with catering and operations teams on all event details — from table plans and dietary requirements to décor and special requests.
- Prepare and distribute event information, tickets, and materials efficiently ahead of race days.
- Oversee smooth on-the-day delivery, liaising with catering and operations teams and checking in with clients during events.
- Produce detailed event sheets, confirming all client requirements and ensuring flawless execution.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and the wider regional team to maintain accurate payments and seamless processes.
- Continuously improve administrative efficiency and customer service, contributing ideas to enhance the overall event experience
🔵 About you
- Strong administrative background, ideally within events or hospitality.
- Good understanding of sales and event processes from planning through to delivery.
- Confident in using systems to manage and deliver events efficiently.
- Sound knowledge of finance procedures and related business systems.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive approach.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and seamless event experiences.
