Job description

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the activation, delivery and management of our commercial campaigns.

⚪️ Location London/WFH (Hybrid, 3 days/pw in office average)

VERSUS is the platform championing the future of football and its rising influence on culture and society. We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within sports/culture media, production, or marketing.

As Project Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key supporting role in the commercial team. You’ll work across our partnerships projects and white label work – assisting the project leads in co-ordinating branded editorial content and planning shoots and events with some of the worlds biggest sport and culture brands.

You’ll be responsible for keeping things organised and running smoothly, supporting project managers with admin, logistics, budget tracking, and communication across teams, clients, and suppliers.

This position requires someone who is organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. You’ll be fully across all projects, helping the team stay aligned, ensuring information is up to date, and stepping in to support wherever needed.

🟡 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting project leads on the coordination and delivery of commercial partnerships and white label work, including shoots, activations, paid media campaigns, and events
  • Producing and maintaining project documents and resources, such as timelines, asset/file libraries, and budget trackers
  • Assisting with budget management – ensuring documents are accurate, up to date, and highlighting any risks or overages
  • Helping to manage project communications, including scheduling calls, note-taking, circulating actions, and liaising with clients and suppliers when required
  • Coordinating with internal teams (creative, editorial, social, production) to make sure they have the information and resources needed to deliver on time
  • Supporting the organisation of shoots, events, and campaign logistics
  • Assisting with reporting and wrap-up tasks, including post-campaign reports and presentations
  • Providing general admin support across the commercial team

🟢 Our requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a project support, production assistant, or co-ordination role (experience in sports media, creative agencies, or marketing is a bonus)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good written & verbal communication skills and confidence working with different teams
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Trello, Asana) is a nice-to-have
  • A genuine interest in football, culture, and the VERSUS mission

🔵 Salary: DoE
