We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR & Communications Assistant to support our busy team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day press office activity, including handling media enquiries, coordinating international press visits, and producing high-quality internal & external communications that reflect the Studio Tour’s unique brand and experience.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme through building relationships with community partners, responding to charity requests, and assisting with budget tracking under the guidance of senior PR leadership. The working hours for this role are 09:00 to 18.00, Monday to Friday. The team operates a hybrid working policy, subject to manager discretion and dependent on scheduled on-site meetings or events.

Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
