In this role, you will work closely with Account Leads, who oversee client relationships, as well as the Media Director and Media Executives to lead the planning, execution, and reporting of media campaigns. Youโll act as the strategic link between client objectives and media performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and insights are clearly communicated.
This role will report into the Media Director.
Lead the planning and buying of digital media campaigns, working closely with the account team to ensure alignment with agreed strategies, budgets, and KPIs. Own the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads platforms and others). Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for clients, clearly communicating results, insights, and optimisation strategies. Collaborate with the business analyst team to produce actionable insights that support clientsโ broader marketing goals. Work with the Account Leads to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, delivering best-in-market campaign management and results. Assist in developing robust attribution models across different sectors and sports verticals. Present campaign insights and performance updates in internal and external meetings, including strategic reviews and quarterly business reviews. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted advisor on media effectiveness and campaign strategy. Contribute to the identification of cost efficiencies and opportunities to improve campaign operations. Stay informed on the latest media trends and platform updates, feeding knowledge into ongoing planning and optimisation
