We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator to join the Music office (Old Street). In this role, you will play a crucial part in onboarding new team members, ensuring they receive comprehensive training to excel in their roles. As the Training and Development Support, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Team to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with our organizational goals

🤓 Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding Training: Develop and execute engaging and effective training programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration into their respective roles.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with the different internal departments to understand the specific training needs and customize training plans accordingly.
  3. Training Material Development: Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to support consistent and comprehensive training delivery.
  4. Communication: Express ideas effectively and in a friendly manner, creating an inclusive and positive learning environment for new employees.
  5. Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve and enhance training programs.
  6. Monitor Progress: Track and assess the progress of trainees during the onboarding process, providing additional support and reinforcement where necessary.
  7. Adaptability: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in company policies to ensure training programs remain current and relevant.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs is desirable.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and other training tools is a plus.
