🚀 About Us
DIVERSE was launched in 2020 to help Black, Ethnic Minority and young people from low-income backgrounds get hired.
We are a careers community and recruitment marketing partner, working with iconic brands like Red Bull, Warner Bros. Discovery and Tesco in reaching incredible young talent that their traditional channels might miss.
In parallel, we support our community of over 11,000 students, graduates and young professionals with careers events and job opportunities alongside our employer partners.
We also partner with adidas on #Merky FC Football Careers, a programme with Stormzy and adidas supporting young Black professionals into employment across the football industry.
We make decisions through the frame of these core values:
1️⃣ Obsess over client experience
2️⃣ Do it well or don’t do it at all
3️⃣ Experiment to find the 1% improvements
4️⃣ Own your area
5️⃣ Think long term but act with urgency
6️⃣ Care for the community
