Formed following the acquisition of European powerhouse promoter Team Sauerland, Wasserman Boxing is new global force in the world of boxing, staging events across Europe and promoting some of the biggest names in the sport including stars Harlem Eubank, Mick Conlan and Josh Kelly.

As Events Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the events team to ensure the smooth running of Wasserman Boxing events. This role will involve travel and some weekend work.

⚪️ Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team with event preparation, including documentation, schedules, accreditation and other event administration
  • Managing ticket distribution for events
  • Understanding of venue operations
  • Delivering various aspects of onsite delivery including, accreditation distribution, room allocations and other ad hoc requests
  • Ensuring all event equipment and stock levels are tracked and restocked
  • Attend and support events on-site, with regular travel required

While this outlines the core focus of the role, responsibilities may vary across the events function, and a flexible approach will be required.

🟡 Required skills and experience:

  • Able to confidently use the MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience of working as part of an events team, delivering a site based project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a small team, demonstrate initiative, and problem solve
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a flexible manner within a fast-paced environment
