We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to work across all departments of The Jockey Club Group to provide structured project support. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and governance of strategic projects by maintaining organisation, efficiency, and communication across teams.

🟢 The Project Coordinator will
- Support the administration and co-ordination of multiple strategic projects.
- Maintain and ensure compliance across governance frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Provide organisational support to cross-divisional initiatives and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Monitor and track project progress, maintaining key records and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organise and co-ordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Liaise with stakeholders to support project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Maintain an organised system for tracking project dependencies and deliverables.
- Support post-project evaluation and benefit realisation tracking.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within project administration.
🔵 About you
- Hold a Full driving licence
- Proven experience in an administrative or project co-ordination role.
- Experience in supporting project management, governance, or event planning is an advantage.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in preparing reports and documentation
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risk and improvement opportunities.
