📝 About This Role
The National Account Executive (ASDA) supports the Senior National Account Manager and wider Grocery Commercial team to deliver the volume and profit targets within ASDA. You’ll support and coordinate key areas of the account and day-to-day activity, building strong internal and external networks and relationships. You’ll need to have strong project management and organisation skills, with a good attention to detail and the ability to work at pace. You’ll be passionate and curious about Grocery retail, and developing your commercial capability and career within Red Bull.

📈 Support Delivery of Customer Strategy and Business Plans
- Support SNAM with the development and implementation of customer strategy and plans – e.g. insights, promotional plans, range and distribution targets, New Product Development etc
- Build and maintain internal business process documents to support Red Bull’s customer strategy and plan implementation
- Work closely with Category Development and Field Sales teams to track progress against account plans and build actions and proposals to course correct when needed
- Own all reporting requirements and ensure the team are tracking performance vs key KPIs
🤝 Build Strong Customer Relationships
- Support with day-to-day contact with key buyers
- Provide key inputs and support in building compelling customer presentations and proposals
🧩 Internal Network Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Field Sales, Category Development, Brand, Operations, Finance) to support the development and execution of account plans
- Drive execution of key events and activities across cross-functional teams – e.g. promotional and activation plans
- Coordinate internal projects in support of business and customer priorities
📊 Administrative and Organisational Support
- Management of internal systems and processes – including finance, promotional planning, forecasting
- Management of core internal and external documents including promotional calendars, pricing schedules, customer presentations
🎓 EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Experience and confidence handling large data sets and generating insights
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a commercial or FMCG role is beneficial
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion and curiosity for Grocery retail and shopper behaviour
- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a desire to develop and progress within Red Bull
