🟑 Job Description

Wasserman, London, we are looking for a talented Junior Creative to join our Retail and Shopper team.Working with senior creatives, you’ll have the opportunity to help deliver innovative, creative retail solutions for one of the world’s largest alcohol brands, as well as occasionally working on clients from different sectors activating music or sports partnerships.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a creative team tasked with pushing the thinking and boundaries of traditional shopper marketing. Therefore, it is a mandatory requirement for the candidate to have a genuine interest in the retail channel.

🟣 Required experience / skills:

  • Be from a creative background – first job, work experience or education based (ideally graphic design, product design, interior design or creative marketing).
  • Be a confident designer with a good eye for typography and compositions
  • Have the ability to develop creative solutions with strategic rationale
  • Be experienced working in the Abode Creative Suite, Google Slides
  • and PowerPoint
  • Have good drawing skills in order to communicate your thinking
  • internally
  • Have great social media and digital channels knowledge
  • Be confident in presenting ideas internally and to clients

 🟠 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Helping create omni-channel campaigns, deliver shopper solutions, consumer engagements and digital executions
  • Developing your concepting, thinking and application of shopper knowledge
  • Working in a fast-paced agency environment to pressured deadlines
  • Acting as support to the senior creatives when required
  • Working with the larger creative team, who specialise in a number of disciplines from digital to 3D
  • Be curious and keen to stay up to date with industry trends, innovation, tech and retail/shopper activations.
