Job title: IT Apprentice (Level 3)

Based at: Sandown Park Racecourse

Contract type: Apprenticeship (18-month Fixed term)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Ready to launch your career in tech? We’re on the hunt for a curious and ambitious IT Apprentice to join our team, supporting day-to-day IT operations while learning hands-on from industry professionals.

🟢 The IT Apprentice will

  • Provide first-line support to users across hardware, software, and networks
  • Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist with network management
  • Support system upgrades and software rollouts
  • Manage user accounts and permissions securely
  • Keep records updated for IT assets and support tickets
  • Work closely with the wider IT team to deliver smooth technical support
