We’re DIVERSE a social impact company helping young people from diverse backgrounds break into top industries. We host events with brands like Adidas, Red Bull, and Warner Bros Discovery, and we’re looking for skilled freelance videographers, editors and photographers to help us turn these moments into engaging content for social media and our website.

🟡 About the Role
We’re looking for a videographer who knows how to capture the energy of a room. Our events bring together top brands and Gen Z talent and we want footage that feels dynamic, authentic, and culturally relevant. We also film day-in-the-life videos with different employers and with our team as well.

🔵 You’ll be responsible for:

• Filming our in-person employer events (key events in June & July 2025)
• Capturing footage of speakers, panels, networking, and crowd reactions
• Delivering raw, high-quality video files within 48 hours
• Collaborating on-site with our team to make sure we get what we need
• We’ll also need support with day-in-the-life filming

🟢 You should have:

• Experience filming live events
• Your own equipment (camera, audio, etc)
• A visual style that connects with Gen Z and our target audience
• Portfolio of past event or branded content work
• Understanding of the culture

We're also looking for video editors and photographers so let us know if you are also keen on those roles.
