⚪️ About Us
We’re DIVERSE a social impact company helping young people from underrepresented backgrounds break into top industries. We host events with brands like Adidas, Red Bull, and Warner Bros Discovery and we’re looking for a photographer to capture the real energy and community at those events.

🟡 About the Role
We’re not after stiff, staged photos. We want someone who can catch the real moments the smiles, reactions, conversations, and everything in between. This role is ideal for someone who understands culture, community, and what feels authentic to a Gen Z audience.

🔵 You’ll be responsible for:

• Photographing our employer events in London (starting June & July 2025)
• Capturing speakers, panels, networking, behind-the-scenes and brand moments
• Delivering shots within 48 hours
• Working alongside our team to make sure we capture key moments

🟢 You should have:

• Experience with live event photography
• Your own professional camera gear
• A good sense of what resonates with Gen Z on social and on websites
