We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Analyst to join our newly formed Insights team at The Jockey Club. The Customer Analyst will work proactively and cross-functionally using our extensive internal data points and conducting consumer and audience market research to identify and develop new initiatives..

🟢 The Customer Analyst will
- Work hand-in-hand with the Business Intelligence team to champion data literacy and deliver actionable insights across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation using demographic and psychographic profiling to inform strategy.
- Analyse customer data to drive personalised engagement and enhance customer experiences.
- Conduct consumer and audience research to identify new opportunities and initiatives that deliver business value.
- Gather and interpret feedback from both digital and in-person customer touchpoints to optimise engagement.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting strategies for membership, retention, and fan engagement.
- Collaborate with CRM and Digital teams to maximise the use of our Single Customer View data platform.
- Become a subject matter expert on customer insight tools and technology, supporting future solution development.
