πΌ Description
The Client Manager's job is to direct, supervise and control campaigns from beginning to end in partnership with key project stakeholders. The Client Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of project/s, working with senior stakeholders to communicate progress with clients and supervising internal teams. Working with relevant partners, the Client Manager should form part of an efficient team and form partnerships with producers or project managers where scopes allow.
Reporting to a Senior Client Partner / Client Partner, they are the mouthpiece of the client to the internal team by representing their interests, whilst also protecting the internal team and the integrity of work. They report internally on progress and profitability of projects, as well as the status of client relationship health.
Alongside all of the above, well-developed interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, negotiation and conflict management are also vitally important.
π Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to both understand and respond to their needs and communicate effectively
- Work collaboratively across departments within COPA90 to ensure effective outcomes
- Attend weekly calls or meetings (both remotely and in person), taking minutes, sharing actions, and scheduling follow ups with stakeholders as required
- Communicate, agree and get client approval on timings, budgets and deliverables set out in the statement of work (SOW)
- Track and report on budgets and costs, escalating overages and issues promptly
- Managing account-specific revenue pipelines in accordance to payment plans set out in the approved SOW
- Protecting the integrity of work and reputation of COPA90 and Clients
- Overseeing the quality and accuracy of COPA90 work and communications, against brief and/or client requirements
- Follow processes and deliver to COPA90 standards at all times

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-years experience
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising or sponsorship role, or equivalent
- Excellent English verbal and written communications; languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel and work outside of contracted hours as and when necessary
- Experience working on a range of different projects across, but not necessarily inclusive of:
- 360 campaign delivery
- Film (digital and TVC)
- Photography shoots
- Working with high-profile talent
- Experiential event and installation activations
- Strategically and/or creatively-led projects
- Media and influencer campaigns
- An understanding of the digital landscape and how it fits into wider marketing campaigns
- Experience working with project delivery tools and presentation software such as Keynote/PowerPoint
- Demonstrable ability to manage client accounts
- Ability to remain poised under pressure and be solution oriented
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
