Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a state-of-the-art film and television studio, offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. This 200-acre site includes half a million square feet of stage space, production offices, workshops, and one of the largest indoor heated underwater filming tanks in Europe. WBSL also features a 100-acre back-lot and some of the largest sound stages in the UK.
Adjacent to the studio, WB Leavesden Park provides modern office space for production companies and houses an on-site Set Lighting & Rigging rental division. WB De Lane Lea in Soho, London, offers top-tier audio post-production facilities.
WBSL supports employees with on-site childcare (The WonderWorks) and a gym (Zone10) to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Warner Bros. Entertainment is the only Hollywood studio to own and operate a production and post-production facility in the UK.
As a Business Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic, client-focused Facilities and Projects department. Based at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL), you will support purchasing and invoicing processes, ensuring smooth financial operations and contributing to the delivery of exceptional service across the studio. The department is extremely client-centric, and the Business Support Assistant represents WBSL when communicating with all stakeholders, providing a first-rate experience whilst working and delivering services at the Studios. Please note this position requires a 40-hour work week, based in the office.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
