You might think of us as a credit card provider. But we’re as much a tech company as we are a finance company. And what really makes us different is the fact that we’re really all about the people behind the numbers – our colleagues and our customers.
Our focus is on finding the right kind of credit for everyone. That means using and developing the most advanced technologies. Drilling right down into the data. Thinking differently to change the way people live. All of which makes this an inspiring place to launch your career.
We’re friendly and flexible – we like to make things simple so our people can get creative. The work we do matters. The rewards are pretty good too.
We’ll train you while you work – our Learning and Development programme will help you get straight into the action either as a Strategy Analyst or in our Software Academy. You’ll have a buddy and a programme mentor. You’ll even get to meet the CEO.
In both areas, you’ll spend your first couple of years rotating around different teams, heading up big contracts and making big decisions. You’re going to be an important part of our future, so you’ll be on a permanent contract from the outset with a starting salary of £32k-£40k plus a whole host of perks.
If you’re in your penultimate year at uni, a 10-week internship could help you jump the queue onto one of our graduate programmes. Like our graduates, you can join us as a Strategy Analyst or spend time in our Software Academy (we run a Software Academy year in industry placement too).
Either way, you’ll be working on impactful projects making a genuine difference to our customers and earning £22,000 pro rata with a £1,000 signing on bonus.
We’re inspiring because we’re inclusive. A gamechanger because we never stop pushing ourselves. Great because of you.
