We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to be responsible for providing full administrable and organisational assistance to the Marketing Operations team with projects, events, and operational processes.

They will be a central point-of-contact for department operational needs.

‍👇🏽 RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operational Support and Coordination
    • Managing Passes & Ticketing for GP Events
    • Managing logistics for marketing events
    • Manage and execute the Marketing Asset Programme such as Static Show Cars and Playseats.
    • Work closely with the Marketing Operations Managers across trackside and factory events/activations portfolios.
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • In charge of administrative processes for the Marketing Operations Team, including race planning, facilitation of trackside and factory events, and coordination of team processes.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
    • Be knowledgeable of and maintain current company policies pertaining to intellectual property, assets, procedures, and operational structure.
    • Liaise with F1 Personnel & Management and Red Bull GMBH to enhance collaborative efforts.

  • Maintain the highest standards of personal conduct while representing the company, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and to a high standard;
  • Handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment, collaborating with various stakeholders across the marketing team;
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to be proactive and meet targets;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building internal and external relationships;
  • Open-minded, flexible, and positive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience managing a varied workload under tight deadlines;
  • Available to travel and participate in 15 to 19 events a year.
