💥 THE ROLE
Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Net Revenue Executive to be based in the UK.
The role of the Net Revenue Executive is to support the NRM Lead in identifying the optimum way to drive net sales growth. By creating and owning insights you will support thought leadership throughout the business, and partner with the on and off premise sales channels, field sales team, finance and HQ teams to ensure execution.
This role supports a highly visible team with a UK wide remit, working with senior stakeholders including the UK leadership team and Global Sales team at Red Bull HQ.
TPM Solution
Full Utilization for the strategy and implementation of a TPM solution. Embedding its use intoday to day working to evaluate, optimize and measure effectiveness of promotions /investment / forecasting. Ownership of the central trade planning process, ensuring theaccuracy of a key business resource
Creation of insight reporting
Creation and distribution of industry leading performance insight, forming the bedrock forbusiness planning and thought leadership across accounts. Produce key insight for the monthlyBusiness Planning Review session with the senior leadership team.
Managing Trade investment
Owning the insight and reporting on the central investment fund. Be the go-to person on latestposition and forecasting future opportunities. Business owner for the weekly review meeting.
Maintenance of Central Pricing Resources
Create and maintain the central library for all accounts in the business, including base andpromotional pricing.
Cost Price Increase and business planning
Support the end-to-end ownership including pricing studies, coordinating the strategy andowning the implementation.
Joint Business Plans and Trade Terms
Shaping JBP recording for all accounts internally. Challenging the implementation andconditionality of JBPs with a focus on reconciliation. Ongoing management of performanceagainst trade terms frameworks. Contribute to high level head office deals to accelerate longterm sales drivers.
Business Unit Partnerships
Become a strategically important element of each business unit. Contribute and Challenge todrive each individual business. Become an insight resource for Each NAM/NAE to contribute tothe growth of each business unit.
Category Expertise
To become an expert in category, consumer and customer covering both your customer baseand Red Bull. Make commercial decisions based on insight both sought and made available.
