Join our Graduate programme and support us in delivering our 'Society 2030: Spirit of Progress' agenda—a 10-year action plan to help create a more inclusive and sustainable world!
Start date: September 2025.
Diageo invites graduates to join our 3-year rotational Graduate Programme, where you'll have the opportunity to specialise in one of the key areas: Operations, Procurement, Sustainability, Global Engineering, Technical, or Planning & Logistics. As a participant in our Graduate Programme, you will embark on an exciting journey tailored to your academic background and personal interests. During the recruitment process, you will be asked to express your preferences for an area of interest in the key areas. This information, combined with your academic background, will determine the specific learning path you will follow over the next three years.
Over the three-year rotational programme, you’ll have a combination of formal training with a leadership curriculum, mentoring and coaching from respected colleagues and, most importantly, real world, on-the-job experience. From the beginning you’ll be working on projects that will develop and improve your skill set. You’ll be able to make a real contribution to the business while building a global network of relationships that will support your career, both now and long into the future.
At Diageo, we believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning where every day presents an opportunity for growth and development. Across your graduate programme, you will have a combination of formal training, mentoring and hands-on learning with the wider European Cohort. This will help you gain a strong foundation of leadership skills, a deep understanding of Diageo's operations and feel empowered by the end of your programme to follow various career paths within our organisation.
On the qualification side, you’ll need to have acquired or be expecting to acquire an academic degree, graduating by August 2025 or within the last 5 years, with a degree relevant to one of the specialisms above for example disciplines such as STEM or business-related fields are desirable.
With opportunities across Europe, your rotation could see you placed in some of our amazing locations from Dublin to Glasgow, Elgin to Amsterdam or London to Edinburgh, therefore for our graduate opportunities you must be mobile and prepared to relocate geographically during the programme as well as being proficient in English.
You’ll need to be a curious, flexible, self-motivated team-player who loves to turn ideas into action and someone who shows integrity, respect for others and, above all, a passion for learning something new every day.
Most importantly, we ask you to be you. Come as you are, with your own ideas and ambitions, and let's celebrate your talent and empower you to reach your fullest potential.
With everything you can learn here, and the long-term opportunities we have to offer, the Supply Chain & Procurement Graduate Programme could just be the best decision you’ve ever made!
Join us and you can also expect to receive a highly competitive salary (salary is dependent on the location of your rotations, as an example your year one salary based within the UK will be in the region of £37,000), along with an annual bonus opportunity and industry leading benefits package.
We have several graduate opportunities across the business. For the best chance of being successful, we recommend applying for one programme as soon as possible. We recruit on a rolling process, meaning that we will close roles when we have received enough applications to fill our 2025 graduate roles.
NB: Pymetrics is the first stage of the application process for all of our Early Career’s programmes at Diageo and after completion your result will be used for all applications that require it within a one-year period.
Please note that our assessment centres this year will be held between December and February, so, you will hear from us closer to the time if you have successfully reached this final stage. We appreciate your patience.
The Early Careers team will be hosting a series of insight and coaching events as well as live chats over the coming months, and we want to hear from you! For more info and to register today visit: https://meetandengage.com/diageoearlycareers
